MrQ Sister Sites

How the no-sister answer for MrQ was reached

MrQ’s Gambling Commission licence account lists one trading name and one domain, and each of the nine casinos other guides list with MrQ runs under another company. A casino would count as a MrQ sister only if it has the same operator and the same licence as MrQ, each shown in that casino’s own sources. This page sets out how that was tested and what the answer does not cover.

The conditions behind the word none

A negative answer is only as good as the search behind it, so three conditions were met first:

  1. The record that would show a sister, if one existed, was read at first hand: here, the licence account’s trading-name and domain lists.
  2. The searches that could have found one were run and turned up nothing new: searches under the operator’s and the group’s names returned only MrQ’s two accounts.
  3. The result carries its date and scope, never a timeless claim.

A fourth record points the same way. MrQ’s terms extend a self-exclusion to your MrQ account and any future websites operated by us and name no other current site. That fits the register finding, though the terms never state outright that the operator runs a single site. A blocked or unreachable page counts as not checked, never as evidence either way.

Licence account and operator footer, the links that count

Two casinos count as sisters here only when both of these hold:

  • both appear on the same Gambling Commission licence account, as a trading name or a domain, and
  • each casino’s own footer or terms name the same operator, the company actually running it.

Some links are real but weaker and are reported under their own names instead: a company in the same group with a separate licence, a shared game studio or software supplier, and shared shareholders further up the chain. An affiliate listing, a similar bonus or a similar look is no link at all.

Casinos other guides pair with MrQ, checked on the register

Other guides put these casinos on their MrQ sister-site pages, mostly as look-alikes. For eight of them a register search returned a business other than Tek Fox Ltd or Lindar Media Limited. For DonBet it returned nothing, and in September 2026 DonBet’s own footer named a Curaçao operator. No document read connects any of the nine to MrQ. A limit or self-exclusion set at MrQ stops at MrQ. A wider block takes a GAMSTOP registration plus blocking software such as Gamban or GamBlock, both named on MrQ’s safer gambling page. Where a search returned two businesses, the list shows which one the register pages gave as current (Sky Vegas) or shows both (Midnite).

In September 2026 donbet.com’s footer gave its operator as GTW B.V. of Curaçao, under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, and named no Gambling Commission licence.

No link to MrQ: neither the register nor its own footer ties it to Tek Fox Ltd.

No Gambling Commission licence was found for it, so no UK protections can be assumed.

Errors and an overstatement in other MrQ guides

Set against the primary records, the other guides as read for this guide showed three errors, listed so they can be spotted elsewhere, and one claim that goes further than the records do.

  • Some still name the old operator: sistercasinouk.com says Lindar Media Limited operates MrQ under its old licence. The register lists www.mrq.com under Tek Fox Ltd, and as inactive under Lindar Media Limited.
  • The same guide gives Midnite a licence number that the register search does not return for it.
  • bestsistersites.co.uk says Nothing published records a penalty or a settlement against either company. The Gambling Commission’s news item on Lindar’s £690,947 settlement is still online.

The overstatement: betbond.co.uk says the licence migrated from Lindar Media following a £690,947 UKGC settlement. The dates fit that order, since the settlement was announced in September 2023 and the operator changed on 1 August 2024, but no record read says the settlement caused the change. MrQ described the move only as one to a new licensed entity within our group of companies.

The MrQ documents, archive copies and company records used

  • The Gambling Commission register: the entries of both MrQ licensees (Tek Fox Ltd and Lindar Media Limited), and searches for MrQ, its two operators, its bingo domain, its game studio, Lindar’s two shareholders and the nine casinos other guides list with MrQ (above).
  • Nineteen Internet Archive copies of the two accounts’ register pages, from 2021 to 2026, and the archived settlement records.
  • Companies House entries for Lindar Media Limited, its two corporate shareholders and a different UK company called TEK FOX LTD, for which no connection to the Maltese licensee was found.
  • MrQ’s own documents: the general terms (V1.3 in September, V1.4 of 29/09/2026 in October), privacy notice, safer gambling page, promotion terms, 46 help-centre articles and three archived versions of the terms (2019 and 2024).
  • MrQ’s bingo promotion, partners.mrq.com, lindar.com, the Lindar careers site, goosicorn.com and the MrQ app’s App Store listing.
  • Two rulings of the Advertising Standards Authority, and the Gambling Commission’s news items on the settlement and on bonus rules.
  • For the homepage comparison and the casino blocks under it, the homepages, welcome-offer terms, general terms and payment notices of Sky Vegas, Virgin Games, Mr Green and Sun Bingo, with their operators’ register entries and enforcement records and the Gibraltar regulator’s licence-holder list. Sky Vegas’s homepage comes from an Internet Archive copy of 19 July 2026.
  • Thirteen other sister-site guides and ten other MrQ-name domains.
  • One more domain using the name redirects to MrQ: MrQ’s own address, so not among the ten.

Live pages were read without a login, and nothing was clicked, submitted or bought. Register history comes from Internet Archive copies. No account was opened, so nothing here describes what an account holder sees.

Limits of the answer on shareholders and account-only details

  • Tek Fox Ltd’s shareholders: the answer rests on the British register and Companies House, and no entry in either links Tek Fox to Lindar by shareholding.
  • Anything behind a login: the offer a given player sees, cashier screens, real withdrawal times and support replies.

Because nothing was played, no casino gets a score. The homepage comparison states how each casino differs from MrQ on its own published terms, without naming a winner. Each page gives the date it was last updated, beside the MrQ Sister Sites editorial byline. An error can be reported to info@mrqsistersites.co.uk, and a corrected page carries the month of the correction.
