MrQ game froze? What happens to the round and stake
Usually nothing is lost. According to MrQ’s help centre, The result of a spin is decided the moment you press spin.
A round cut off by a crash or a dropped connection normally completes on MrQ’s side within 48 hours, with any win added to the balance, and the terms make the server’s record the final word, whatever the screen showed.

First steps after a MrQ game freezes
- Reopen the game. MrQ says play should pick up where it stopped.
- Rule out the device. Clear the browser or app cache and cookies, try another browser or device, update the browser, check the connection and restart.
- Allow 48 hours. If the game does not resume,
the round normally completes on our side within 48 hours
, and any winnings are added as normal. - Report it after 48 hours by live chat (9am to 9pm) or to support@mrq.com, with the date and time, the game, the stake and balance, the device and browser, and screenshots of any error.
Server records, interrupted bets and the time limit
- A placed bet runs on: the random number generator still settles it, and the transaction is processed as if nothing had happened.
- The server’s record wins: after a display or device fault,
the correct outcome will be the result recorded by our Game server
. - Unsettled rounds can be voided: MrQ reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.
- Unfinished games expire: a game must be completed within 90 days, or the stake and any winnings may be forfeited.
MrQ takes no responsibility for interruptions caused by a player’s own connection or device, but any interrupted bet can be checked in the betting history or by emailing support@mrq.com.
A balance that stops updating, and play across devices
A stuck balance is usually a display issue. MrQ lists three common causes: a game still open, an ad blocker or extension, and switching accounts without refreshing. Refresh, then log out and back in. Across devices on one account, balance and progress stay in sync in real time
.
Errors in the player’s favour, and promotion faults
Money credited in error, winnings included, stays MrQ’s property under the terms: it can be reversed or taken from the balance, and anything withdrawn becomes a debt. Report it to support@mrq.com and stop playing the game, since exploiting a fault can lead to a frozen or closed account. A faulty promotion’s winnings may be recouped, an unusable promoted game is replaced by an equivalent bonus, and large wins may need security checks and validation by the game provider before they are released.

A lost round, and the pull to win it back
A game that freezes at a bad moment can make you want to win the money back. MrQ’s self-check lists chasing losses as a warning sign, and its account settings offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion.
